I love these two “humans” so much. From the first time I face-timed with this couple, I knew we were gonna get along just fine. These two are so precious in the way they respect and treat each other. They’re both so full of joy and laughter. Christina & Ben, I wish you all the love this world has to offer. 💕🥂🌿
How did you choose your wedding day look (dress/shoes/hair)?
Christina: “We went with practicality for us! I found my dress at the first store I visited and was maybe the 4th dress I tried on and loved it! We had it tailored to fit me exactly and make it exactly to my taste. We wanted to highlight the back of my dress so we did a romantic low updo for my hair. Since we were outdoors (and I’m particularly clumsy) we went with flats for me! Benj and I love maroon, GIGEM AGS, and navy together, so that’s how we came up with the men’s outfits. Ben loves dress shoes so we ordered in a unique pair that had navy on them for our big day!”

Do you have any wedding planning or marriage advice that you’d like to share with other couples planning their day?
Christina: “It’ll be stressful, but worth it!! You just have to roll with anything that comes up, no matter how much you plan there will always be something. But it ain’t no thing, it still turns out perfect!!”
Most memorable moment of your day?
Christina: “One of my favorite moments was walking down the aisle to Ben, watching his face and seeing the beautiful view behind him of the mountains. We also loved reading letters we’d written to each other and getting to speak with family/friends we hadn’t seen in quite some time.”
Tell us about your wedding! What was the inspiration behind your day? Did you incorporate any cultural or religious traditions in any part of your day?
Christina: “We wanted a beautiful day focused on our commitment to each other and most importantly, God. We sang hymns during the ceremony and our friends read our favorite bible verses that we loved!”

One moment you’d like to live over and over?
Christina: “I’d love to relive saying our vows!! It was such a special moment to hear each other say those words in front of God and all our guests.”
Funniest moment of the day?
Christina: “Funniest moment was smashing cake on Bens face during our cake cutting!! I thought he was going to smear it all over me so I went in for the messy spread all over his face before he had the chance. Poor thing kindly placed the cake in my mouth without any mess.”
Most embarrassing moment?
Christina: “Our garter toss!! But not for the normal reasons – I forgot my real garter at the cabin we were getting ready in. My awesome bridesmaids found me a piece of ribbon and made a makeshift garter that we tied onto my leg. When Ben went to retrieve it, it’d already begun to untie and made his retrieval 10x harder!”
